Curiosità

Tante sono le curiosità presenti nella villa. Alcune nascono dal progetto, altre dal caso e altre ancora dall’interazione con gli ospiti.

Tre grandi filoni, in parte sovrapposti sono presenti:

1. il primo è legato alla creatività, all’espressività artistica e alla fantasia. Scale musicali abbinate a scale architettoniche, metafore architettoniche, provocazioni e interpretazioni non convenzionali dello spazio;
2. il secondo legato alla scienza, all’architettura all’ambiente per cui si possono scoprire forme e regole geometriche, corrispondenze, componenti abbinati, elementi con gravità sospesi nel vuoto, disegni geometrici e richiami alla filosofia della scienza;
3. il terzo è legato alla quotidianità, alla scoperta di fatti accidentali interpretati attraverso lo spirito e la fantasia di tutti.

Dove sono le rette parallele tagliate da una trasversale?

Doccino, barbeque, deposito, piano lavabo … eccoli sistemati attraverso  un bel combinato di muri paralleli tagliati da una trasversale…

Dove c’è la proiezione dei cubi sul piano?

Gradini a blocco, fioriere che si proiettano sul piano del recinto .. formando un quadrato nel quadro elettrico del giardino.

Dov’è la faccina che sorride?

Trovarla è quasi impossibile. Ma per chi percorre la scala alla fine è possibile trovarla intarsiata nel biancone, tra i fossili incastonati nella pietra di Orosei….

PiCo e CaPo

Nel giardino ci sono due ulivi. Si chiamano PiCo e CaPo. Perchè?
La storia è lunga….

Sono un regalo speciale a Carlo da parte dell’amico Pierpaolo C. e di Antonello F.

Gli ulivi sono del 1956. Anno in cui sono anche nati Pierpaolo Congiatu e Carlo Porcella.  Allora gli ulivi hanno preso il loro nome abbreviato. E rimarranno lì in memoria della loro amicizia e amore per la terra sarda…

Ma la vela serve a qualcosa ? Contro lo tzunami?

Il dibattito sul senso della vela è acceso, quasi come il senso dei cristalli negli ingressi….. A cosa serve la vela? A creare lo spazio intermedio, a fare ombra.. o ahimè a nascondere il cielo? O forse ad inquadrarlo dentro una cornice?

Che ora è? Guarda la scala a sbalzo e vedi come sono le ombre …..

Le lettere nella villa…. la “L” prima di tutto

Molti elementi riprendono la L … forse un richiamo a Luisella e al suo codice fiscale SST LLL ..L.. L….. Ma quante L ci sono nell’abitazione?

• Nel muro di cinta,
• nella vela
• negli infissi ad angolo della zona pranzo
• nell’infisso dello studio
• nel taglio nella cucina
• nei due bordi sfioratori della piscina,
• negli altri due bordi ….
• ... e trova gli altri se ci riesci…

Il dibattito sui cristalli

Perchè tutti questi cristalli? Per la loro bellezza e la scelta di riusare materiali in fase di dismissione. Ma riusare comporta progettare come utilizzarli . Una sorta di reversal engeenering …

I cristalli sono stati recuperati intercettando il piano di eliminazione (a discarica) da parte di Banca di Credito Sardo.

Sulla base delle loro caratteristiche abbiamo pensato di costruire i cancelli esterni  (e anche un box doccia)  tenendo conto delle loro caratteristiche dimensionali, (altezza, larghezza e spessore) , di resistenza (sono temperati, quindi non tagliabili) e con fori legati alle cerniere.

Three vein superimposed are present:

1. first is related to creativity, artistic expressiveness and imagination. Musical scales combined with architectonic stairs, metaphors, provocative and unconventional interpretation of space
2. second related of science, architecture, environment , discovering forms and geometric roles, matches, mached components, elements with gravity suspended in a vacuum, geometrical draws, calls of science of philosophy;
3. the third combined with everyday, the accidental discovery of facts interpreted through the spirit and imagination of all.

Where are the parallel lines cut by a transversal?

Handle shower, barbecue, storage, vanity … here they are arranged through a beautiful combination of parallel walls cut by a transversal.

Where is the smiling face?

Finding it is almost impossible. But for those who are taking the stairs at the end it can be found carved in the harrier, one of the fossils embedded in stone of Orosei.

PiCo e CaPo

In the garden there are two olive trees. They are called PiCo and CaPo. Why?
The story is long ….

Thy are a special gift to Carlo Crespellani Porcella. from Pierpaolo and Antonello F.

The olive trees was born in 1956. Year that are born Carlo Porcella and Pierpaolo Congiatu too. Then the olive trees have taken their abbreviated name. It will remain there in memory of their friendship and love for the land of Sardinia …

But wing is something? Against the tsunami?

 

The debate about the meaning of the wing is on, almost like crystals in the entrance … .. What role of the wing? To create the space in between, to eclipse .. Alas, or to hide the sky? Or to frame it in a frame?

 

What time is it?

Look at the scale cantilever and see how the shadows are … ..

The letters in the villa …. “L” first of all

 

Many items take up the L …

Perhaps a reference to the tax code of Luisella: SST LLL .. L.. L … ..

But there are many L in the home

• in the external wall
• the wing
• fixtures in the corner of the dining area
• in the window of studio
• cutting in the kitchen
• spillways in the two edges of the pool,
• … in the other two edges.
• … and find others if you like …

The debate on the crystals

Why all these crystals? For their beauty and the choice of reusing materials during disposal. But reuse involves planning how to use them. A kind of reversal Engeenering …

The crystals were recovered by intercepting the plan to dispose (to landfill) from the Banca of Credito Sardo. (Group Intesa SanPaolo)

Based on their characteristics, we thought of building outside the gates (and a shower), taking into account their size characteristics (height, width and thickness), strength (they are tempered, so do not cuttable) holes and tied to the hinges.
