L’abitazione si situa nel golfo di Cagliari, capoluogo della Sardegna, al centro del Mediterrano, nella località Margine Rosso nel comune di Quartu S.Elena.

Si trova a 10-15 minuti d’auto dal centro di Cagliari, raggiungibile attraverso il lungomare Poetto.

Come arrivarci

Proveniendo dal centro della città di Cagliari, effetuato il lungomare Poetto, alla fine del Golfo degli Angeli ci si trova al Margine Rosso e alla rotonda si prende la strada statale a destra per Villasimius.

Dopo circa un chilometro, all’altezza della ringhiera sul mare si trova sulla sinistra Via Neapolis che va percorsa per circa 150 metri.

La villa, di colore bianco sabbia, si presenta di fronte sulla sinistra e al n° 9 c’è l’ingresso pedonale. La villa è accessibile anche dal retro in via Turris 1.

Per chi arriva dall’entroterra sardo ovvero dalla S.S. 131 (Carlo Felice) o dall’aeroporto di Elmas, si deve percorrere la S.S. 554 fino alla rotonda che immette nel Lungomare Poetto  e prendere la strada per Villasimius.

Per raggiungere la località si possono anche utilizzare i mezzi pubblici prendendo l’autobus PF (Poetto Flumini) che da Cagliari centro (piazza Matteotti- Viale Diaz) percorre il lungomare Poetto (Golfo degli Angeli), passa per Quartu e poi si immette nella strada per Villasimius. Alla ringhiera del Margine Rosso scendere e percorrere via Neapolis.

The house is located in the Gulf of Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, in the middle of the Mediterranean, in the resort Margine Rosso in the municipality of Quartu S. Elena. It is located 10-15 minutes drive from the center of Cagliari, reached via the promenade Poetto.

How to get there

Coming from the city center of Cagliari, beachfront Poetto advance was, at the end of the Gulf of the Angels, you’re at Margine Rosso, and at the roundabout take the right road to Villasimius.

After about a mile, at the height of the railing on the sea is on the left is Via Neapolis, which traveled about 150 meters.
